The Examinacion of Marcus Power of Bannow yeoman aged thirty yeares or thereabouts taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning the foresaid John Cullin of Cullinstowne gent deceased
The examinant Deposeth that the said John Cullin dwelt [ ] in the Irish quarters the whole time of the rebellyon, neere to whom the deponent dwelt, & further saith that the deponent did see the said John Cullin at Clansarragh neere to Duncannon forte in Christmas time 1641: in Company with the Irish that were then & there assembled and <d> beseiging the english in the said forte, he being in Armes as a priuate gentleman acting & abetting the rebellyon & further cannot depose &c
