John ô Murrow of Maglasse yeoman aged fiftie Eight yeares or thereabouts being sworne, examined concerning the foresaid John Cullen deposeth That hee did see the said John Cullen with in Armes, with and among the Irish that blocked vp, or kept in the Lord <f> of Ormon Esmond in Duncannon forte, either in Christmas time 1641, or the Easter after but whether the deponent cannot perfectely remember, acting and abetting the rebellyon in the capacity of a priuate gent, he the said John hauing noe Comand, for ought knowne to this deponent & further saith not &c
