The examinacion of Garrot Synnott of Ballidenney farmer aged about thirty years taken vpon oath on the bahalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning Edmond Dorane of Kilpeirce in the barrony of Ballaghkeen & County of wexford gentleman deceased
<To the 1st Inter> The Examinant saith and Deposeth that the said Edmond dwelte at Kilpeirce the first yare of the rebellyon and alwayes till he died without remoouing himselfe into the english quarters as Richard wadsworth an englishman that remooued out of that barronie <z> & endeavoured to goe for england did The Deponents cause of knowledge is for that the Deponent dwelt in the said barronie neere the said Edmond for seauerall yeares
<To the 2d Inter> Hee cannot depose
<To the 3d 4th & 9th> The Deponent saith that he said Edmond did act and abet the said rebellyon by being head collector & high constable in the vpper quarter of the said barronie about the yeare 1645 His cause of knowledge is for that the Deponent did <a> paie his proporcion of the publicque taxes to the subcollectors that were appointed by the said Edmond to gather the same about the yeare aforesaid & for that the Deponent did know the said Edmond to execute the office of high constableshipp in that parte of the said barronie
<To the 5th 6: 7th & 8th> Hee Cannot depose
<To the 10th Inter> The Deponent saith that the said Edmond had one sonne by Name Patricke Dorane who went to Spaine <b> with the Irish souldyers but in what capacity the said Patr went thither the deponent knoweth not and
<To the 11th 12th & 13th> Hee Cannot depose and further saith not
