The Examinacion of Dauid Deuereux of Knockhowling gent taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning Robert Mowron of the yoltowne of Tacumshane in the County of Wexford husbandman vpon the said Interr
<To the 1st Inter> The Examinant deposeth and saith that the said Robert dwelte in the parish of Tacumshane neere the deponent the first yeare & the whole tim{e} of the rebellyon and did not thence remooue into the english quarters as he might haue <k> Done togeather with Nicholas Codd, Adam Waller walter stafford & Edmond Burdeaux & other english & protestants Liuing neere him the said Robert did the deponents cause of Knowledge is for that the said Robert dwelte nigh the deponent as aforesaid.
<To the 2d Interr> Hee cannot depose otherwise then as before
<To the 3d Inter> Hee deposeth and saith that the said Robert did as well the first yeare of the rebellyon as since actually contribute his share of the publicque <l> Levyes for maintenance of the Irish forces The deponents cause of Knowledge is for that the de{ponent} & other Inhabitants in that peere did paie taxes & contribucions for the vse aforesaid
<To the 4th Inter> Hee cannot depose
<To the 5th Inter> Hee deposeth and saith that he hath seen the said Robert at Seauerall publicque meetings of the Irish at the crosse of Killinnicke as well the first yeare as sithence in the ordering & <m> carrying on the Irish designe against the english & the deponent further saith that he hath seen the said Robert in Armes in the time of the warres (the certayne yeare he cannot possitiuely affirme)

< To the 9th Inter> The examinant deposeth and saith that the said Thomas Robert did act & was a collector of the Leuyes Imposed on the Countrey for the pay of the Irish forces, His <n> cause of Knowledge is for that the deponent paid the said Thomas Robert moneys in the time of his Collectorship as aforesaid
<To the 10th Interr> The deponent saith that the said Robert had two brothers Namely Nicholas and John Mowron who Liued <o> in the said County in the Irish quarters the whole time of the rebellyon & paid contribucion as others of their neighbours did
< To the 11th inter> Hee cannot depose further then what he hath declared in the proceding parte of his deposicion in his answeare to the first interrogatory and <p> further to the rest of the Interrogatoryes he cannot depose &c
