John Bond of wexford Seaman deposeth Concerning the aforesaid Nicholas Rochfort
That hee was in Armes for the Irish against the English within the towne of Wexford for seuerall yeares in the tyme of the Rebellion as a Captain (as this deponent beleeveth) & that hee was killed at the storming <n> of Wexford: Hee also saith that hee was a Captain of a ffrigott at Sea about the yeare 48 to looke for pillage & booty from any that was not for the Irish cause
