John O Murrow deposeth on behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerninge the aforesaid Nickolas Deuerux and sath that he well knoweth <d> that the said Nickolas was before and against duncanon in the first yeare of the warr his Cause of Knowledge is because this deponent did see the said Nickolas on horsebacke at the tyme and place aforesaid (being in the first sumer after the rebellion)
