And the within Examined being further demanded whither ever he heard that the said Burrowes was Questioned by for keepeing any Correspondencie or sendeing any intelligence <C> to the English, or his wife or any that belonged to him: or that he the said Burrowes was at any tyme (vpon such challenge as aforesaid) carried before McCarty to any of his Assemblyes or Rendesvouze or McInycrimine to become his Baile vpon any such account, Answereth possitiuely that he never knew or heard of any such thinge vnto aboute halfe a yeare after the death of the said Burrowes or theire abouts: About which tyme he heard that McInycrymine should say that Burrowes or some of his family should send to the English at Bandon to fetch the said Burrowes away. And this Examinantt further sayeth that McInycrymine lived in his Castell after the death of Burrowes as formerly, and that he commanded the said McInycrymyne Commanded the ward in his Castell: And further sayeth not:
