Marcus Magragh saieth That Quarter Maister Weekes at Logh Girre in the presence <A> of him old Mr Weeks and an other being Captain ffitz Gerrald that he would br ine did give assurance to Donnogh mc Keogh that hee should bee brought of from question with his life if hee would make good the fact against Lucye which hee was charged with about the murther of Gregorye Thorne & Patrick Dorran which words were spoken by the said Cornett vpon occasion that the Examinante saied the said Reagh was himselfe guilty of the fact and was lyable to suffer for the same which words were spoken at night
