The above named William Cary being againe sworne & examined further deposeth that Edmund mc Mulmurry <A> McSwinny of Mahallaghe near about a Myle of near Carrigadroghid who had near relation to the Lord of Muskery had a hand in the distroying of sending of the Convoy with the forenamed John Phipps Elizabeth his wife & Mannasses Phipps & robbing of them as this deponent was informed by one Dermott รด Maghun alias Muskery whoe lives as this deponent thincketh is some of the Islands neare Mr Beecher & near Baltamore, And being further demanded whether any were questioned for the said murthers by the Lord of Muskery: he answereth that he knoweth of none, nor never heard of any And further saith not
