William Haruye of Kinsale marchant Aged about 35 yeares beinge Sworne and Examined saith that hee was in yeare 41 under the Camand of Captain Tho Aderly and was with him att the demandinge of the Abouesaid PowleLonge when his Captain <g> did sumon itt for the then Kinge and Parliament Answere was Returned that there was a Partye from Muskery to keepe itt and therefore they Could not deliuer itt but about sum few dayes after the Castle was surrendered this deponent being there saw none of Muskery in itt only his Seruants and Neighbours and Neere Inhabitants and farther saith nott.Taken before us
