John Morly of Kinsale Gent Aged about 50 years beinge Sworne and Examined saith That hee Liuinge att Bellgooly in the yeare 41 <(1)>That hee knew the aforesaid Meagh Liuinge in Kinsale afforesaid and had the Comand of A Company in the said Towne
<(2)> That hee Left the afforesaid towne and went to the Eneimy
<(3)> That hee did Actually Contribute to the Eneimy Men Armes & Amunition
<(5)> That hee was both att publique and priuate meetings with the Eneimy
<(9)> That hee did ofitiuate A place of trust A Castle that hee kept ffor the Eneimy
<(12)> That hee tooke into his Custody the goods of the said deponent by his owne Authority and disposed of them to his owne use
The Cause of this deponents knowledge is that hee was {present att } { } then liuinge att Kinsale and did obserue his Actings and that what goods hee had in the castle of Belgoo{ly} was Taken by the said Meagh and further saith not
