Samuell Moore of Bandon in the County of Corke Aged about 58 yeares beinge Sworne & Examind Saith th
That hee did Actually Contribute & Assist the Irish with horse & Armes & that hee was Kild since the Lord protector his Cominge for Ireland att the Rout of Muckhoome
That hee had three Sonnes in Actuall Armes in the yeare 41 Viz Danniell Mc owen: Owen & Edmond

The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee Liued neere the afforesaid Owen in the yeare 41 & hath Seine the said Owen Assist the Eneimy with foot & Horse & this deponent hath often Seine the said Owen his three sonnes in Actuall Armes
