<Kinsale ffebruary 22th 1653> Depositions taken Conceringe Daniell O Donn [ auon ] Allis Boy Mc Cnogher Boy of Dorrisbrack in the Barrony of Courcey in the yeare 1641
John Jones of RingeRone in the Barrony Courcey Aged about 25 yeares beinge sworne and Examind Saith That hee knew the said Daniell McCnogher Liuinge att Dorrisbrack afforesaid in the yeare 41
<1)> That hee might haue Remoued into the English Quarters as diuers English of his Neighbours did
<2)> That hee Remoued farther into the Irish Quarters and Continued forth duringe the time of Warr
<3)> That since the Last Cessacion hee was in Actuall Rebellion and had Comand of a Company the same yeare
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee Liued Neere the afforesaid Daniell McCnogher and knew of his goinge forth and also of his bearinge Comand under McCarthy and also knew of his Cominge in againe and since of his goinge for Spaine and farther saith Nott
