James Chapman of the parish of RingRone in the B{a}rony of Coursey Aged about 60 yeares beinge sworne and Examind saith that hee knew the Liuinge att ClonaKilty in the yeare 41 that hee knew the afforesaid Sasna Liuinge ClanaKilty t{he} same yeare
<1)> That hee might haue Remoued into the English Quarters as diuers English of his Neighbours did
<3)> That hee was in Actuall Rebellion with the Irish the same yeare
<10)> That hee had two sonnes in Actuall Rebellio{n} the same yeare
<4)> That hee tooke by force and uiolence into his Custody the goods of Mr ffisher Liu all what was in his house as also all his Corne in Haggar{d}
<12)> That hee tooke into his Custody the goods of m{ore} English Liuinge then att ClonaKilty by his owne Authority and Conuerted them to his owne us{e}
<11)> That there was Liuinge of English Neere this d{eponent} one Peter Newman A Millar Liuinge now in or about { } George Smith now att RalphBarry Miller Mr ffishe{r} since dead
The cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee stayd there and saw his Actings and had not { } a way with his Life had hee not suffered his { } to bee Crisned by an Irish Preist and ffarth{er} Saith not
