<Kinsale ffebruary 25 1653> Depositions taken Concerninge Dauid Mc Phillip Barry of Muckeres in the Barrony of Barriroe in the yeare 41
Larrance Cory of TractonAby in the Barrony of Kinale{a} Aged about 34 yeares beinge Sworne and examined saith
That hee Liued neere the said Barry in the yeare 41
That hee was in Actuall Armes with the Eneimy in the yeare 41
The Cause of his this deponents Knowledge is that hee was prisoner with Captain Barry in which Company the said Barrye was and that this deponent Contined prisoner for the space of 12 months in which time hee saw the said Barry in Armes of and in the said Company and farther saith not
