Tho: ffarrill of Mallow Aged about 40 years beinge Sworne and Examind Saith that hee Knew the afforesaid Neagle &
That hee was in Actuall Rebellion & had Comand of a Company and was Kild in Mallow and was Carried away by the Irish
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee was a soldier in the Garrison of Mallow and was Comanded out of a party and was att the same time when the afforesaid Neagle was Kild & ffurther saith not
