<Kinsale ffebruary 17o 1653> Depositions taken Concerninge Donnogh oge Carthy of Ballyhunder in the yeare 1641
Hen: Hill of Ballynaboaly in the Libertye of Kinsale Gentleman Aged about 36 yeares beinge Sworne and Examined Saith
<1)> That hee Knew the afforesaid Carthy Liuinge as afforesaid but did not Remoue to the English Quarters
<2)> That hee Remoued with all his family into the Irish Quarters and was Aidinge and Asistinge <3)> to the Enemy & Continued with them untill the time of Cessacion
That hee tooke into his Custody 12 head of Cattle of Tho: Suttons, a Neere <12)> Neighbour to the afforesaid Carthy and Carried them with him to the Eneimys Quarters and farther Saith Nott
