Depositions taken Concerninge Teige McOwen Carthy of Slught Donnor in the Countrye of Kilbrittaine in the yeare 1641
Docter Hilkiah Hussy of Brownstowne in the Cuntriye of Kilbrittaine Aged about 54 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith
That the said Carthy was in Actuall Armes in the yeare afforesaid
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that the said Carthy was prooued to bee a Robber of this deponent in the yeare afforesaid & farther saith not
