Robert Tanton of Moyalloe Aged fforty yeares being Duly sworne & Examined saith
That the said Supple was in Actuall Armes in the yeare 1641
The Cause of this Deponents Knowledge is that hee saw him in Actuall Armes and that hee came to a house in Rathgoggan aforesaid and forceably tooke it from some English that Kept it and hanged two of them viz John Hall & John Martine
