Richard Jenkins of Mallow Aged thirty two yeares being Duly sworne and Examined saith
That the said Supple was in Actuall Armes against the English in the yeare 1641
The Deponents Cause of Knowledge in that hee was in the Castle of Bally hay Castle when the said Supple came there with a party of Armed men and hee wore Armes himselfe & was an officer and that the Deponent saw him & the said Party Driue away all the Cattle that belonged to an English man that liued there,
