Deposicions of witnesses taken before two of the Commissioners of Reuennue vizt Capt ai n Ch: Holcroft Mr. Patrick John Eyeres on the 19th of November 1652
Imprimis Patrick Creagh of Ballinrobe [merchand] adged 40 yeares or thereabouts deposeth that before the Murther of Shruell he saw <A> Captain Miles Burke in the house of John Grey together with a Company of men among whome he was the Cheife some armed with pikes & some with skeanes And as he heard the said Burke came to towne that night with the same men & further sayth not.
