Morogh O Bryne of the same towne adge 28 yeares or thereabouts deposeth that in the begining of the warrs he being a servant vnto one John Grea in Ballinrobe one Miles Burke fitz Dauid being <C> accompanied with diuers others of his souldiers broke oppen the said doores of the said Johns house the in said night ty me about the howre of twelue of the clock the said Miles being Cheefe Comaunder of the said parties that broke the said doores as fforesaid [ ] did and further deposeth that on the same night the said house was plundererd by the said parties & tooke out of the same two barrells of butter Two barrells of salt beefe two barrells of herrings & eightie cheese and carried the same away with them into Costelloe and allsoe caried away with with them foure pecks of oaten meale in foure t ic kes bedds & left the ticks and one peck of wheate & halfe a peck of flowre and allsoe fourtine stones of wooll alsoe sixtie sheepe fiue foure pans whereof was one brasse & one Iron & three other potts and <D> brand Iron; allsoe ten milcke cowes and eleuen drie cowes: fiue garrons a mare and two horsses that was within the said Johns stable belonnging vnto the said John; this deponent further sayeth that the said Miles Burke parted the said greas house aloung with the rest that was in his company plundering the said house this deponents case of knowledge is that he was present; & knoweth what he deposeth to be true
