The examination of Margaret Barry sworne and examined saith that about six weekes sence vpon som discourse betweene Margery Brenan and the abouesaid Cormock, the said Margery asked the said Cormock <B> what gallant act he had done sence those wars whoe answered that he was at the Killinge of one Englishman, about the begininge of the war that he with others weare cutinge corne in the harvest tyme weare an ould towne caled Brackagh Cree and at that tyme there was an ould towne an ould Cabin standinge; A poore man goeinge alonge the way by the said Cabin booked into the said Cabin and saw an English man sitinge in a hutch, which said Englishman desyred him to be sylent, but yett the poore man cryed out, and the abouesaid Cormock with the rest that weare reapeinge in the feild came into the aforesaid Cabin and there found the Englishman and Murthered him.
