The Examinacion of Anne Bull the younger Daughter to Anne Bull alias ffergusson taken the 23th day of Aprill 1653
The said Anne being aged 17 yeares or thereabouts and being duly sworne & Examined by vertue of his oath saieth That at the begininge of the Rebellion shee was about six yeares of Age and lived at Ballarush called the Plantacion in the County of Monaghan and doth remember that shee then did see one that shee hath heard was called Thomas Parot Parker, that was in her sight wounded by diverse of the Irish Rebells and afterwards being liued fallen to the ground they the said Irish laied his head vpon stones and then stood a [ ] good distance from him and threw stones at his head to trye whoe whoe could through nearest vnto it and afterwards they the said Irish caused this deponents mothers & her maidservant & his the said Parkers wife to dragg the said Parker to a ditch and hee being then living the Irish did throwe parte of the said ditch vpon
