The informacion of Henry ogle and Jane his wife
Whoe saith that the 2th of November or ther abouts, beinge the day after Sir Will: Brownlowes House neer lurgan was yeelded to the Irish vpon Condicions that the Inglish should goe to lisne <C> garvey and haue a safe convey not to be molested in the way one Owen Roe mc Keene fell vpon them, and presented his firelocke to haue shott them but mist fire, & after strive to kill them with his sword, but that one Turley mc Phelemie prevented him, & further saith that the day before the said Owen Roe mc Keene was at the burninge of lurgan & murtheringe the people ther Thus much they say they wilbe reddy to depose
