<1> The Examinacion of Henry Ogull of Lorgan aged 40. yeares or therabouts, taken at Lisnegaruie this 2d of May 1653
Whoe being Examined sayth that he being at Sir William Bromlyes house neere Lurgan, the night that Lorgan was burnt the next morning he Sawe owen Roe mc Kine, whoe stript this Examinante; his wife, father, mother 2 brothers, & one sister & Robert Pierson & his wife & others, & this Examinante Sayth that the Same day he Sawe <Owen roe mc Kine Owen roe mc Kine> dead on John Dauis, Leonard Riggs, Richard Rudsdell, Thomas Hooker & Thomas Ward; but by whome they were killed this Examinante knowes not; and after he had the said Owen Roe mc Kine, stript this Examinante, & the rest of the aboue named persons, he the said Owen, mist fire on this Examinantes brest, & afterwards would haue killed him with his skeane, if Terlagh m c Can had not saued him & further Sayth not;
