The Examinacion of Hugh Magin of Dromara in Com Downe taken this 1o Jan: 1652
Who being acused for hauing a hand in the murdering of Lieutenant Treuor and Seuerall other persons in the Pass neere Dundrum, at the Begining of the Rebellion denyeth that he had any hand in it, neither was present or knew of it till it was done, but sayth that he heard one Donell mc Kenerigan & Patricke o Gormly & Bryan mc Rory & Terlagh mc Murphy being Collo: mc Murphyes Brother Sone, & Aghelee mc Art mc Hugh mc Phillip Maginis, & diuers other{s} that he cannot now remember, confess they were at that Action & he saw him that was chiefe in the said murder, & had comand of the rest dealing the said Cloathes whoe is called Con mc Art mc Hugh mc Phillip Maginnis, whom he saw latly at Dromor{e}
