The Receginzance of John Kimming of Saule in the County of Downe taken by vs for the use of the Commonwealth of England the 19 day of May 1653 at Carrickfergus
The said John Kimming acknowledgeth to bee in debted vnto the Commonwealth of England the summ of fiftie pounds ster to be leauied of his body goods and lands as in such cases is usuall _____50 li.:00:00
The Condition of the said Receginzance, is, that if the said John Kimming, shall at all times within or after four dayes warning giuen him, or left at his house, or other place of abideing, appeare before such in authority, requireing his appearance aforesaid to giue in euidence before such soe in power, whether at high Court of Justice, Jayle deliuery or otherwise, against Art alias Arthur o Neile, and not depart such Court or Judicature without speciall licence. That then the Receginzance to bee voyd, otherwise to remaine in force and virtue in Law
