<IP> The exam of Edmund Doran of mourne aiged 44 years taken at Carickffergus June 8th 1653
Who beinge duly sworne & examined saith that at the begininge of this rebellion he liued in Mourne & kept intertainemente for trauellers & about the begininge of Christmas 1641 Leiutenant Treuor beinge prisoner was <A> brought to this deponent house by one Geo: Meriman now liueing nere Dundrum and Art O Neile and one Russell of Killoughs sonn & more he remembereth not, and there were prisoners with the said Leiutenante Treuor his wiffe & two children with one Mr Toutch & one Mr West all which staid all night with this exam & the next morneinge went away towards Newcastle, but what became of them this exam: doth not know, but heard that they were all murthered, but by whom this exam: did not heare saueinge one Con Maginis & further saith not
