<O> Who being sworne sayeth that about the 10th day of {Feb}erwary 1641 the said Robert Jamieson this dep{onent} Henry his brother and Isobell his sister wer in the{ir} fathers barne or Cornehowse neire to ballygelly {}ing some oatts and heireing anoise of horse feett, { } the howse feareing the enemy run away towards {Bally}gelly but one John brookes and Brian o Mullig{an} with seuerall others in there Companie whose nam{es} this Examinant knoweth not followed fiercely after and ouer tooke the said Henry and Isobell and Carr{ied} them away prisoners but this deponnent with much adoe Escaped
