The day aforesaid Katrine McCooke wife to donell mcKer{a}gher being brot before vs and Examined, gaue no materiall Euidence to the purpose and ther{e}vpon, her husband donell mckeragher acknowledged a Recognizance to the vse of the parlament of the Comon wealth of England of the some of 40 li. sterling

The Condition wherof that Kattrine McKeragher alias Cooke shall make her personall appareance in the session howse of Carickfergus the first day of the next generall Assises or goale deliuery to be held for the Countie of Antrim and then & there answer to such questions as she shalbe demanded here and not to depart the Court without licence/
