The examination of Jeane ffrisell of the Barrony of Rapho and County of Dunnigale beinge Sworne & examined before vs Henry Finch Esquire Major of the Citty of Londonderry & George Carew esqui re Justice of the Peace, by Authority of Parliement for the Prouince of Vlster 23 Aprill 1653 sworned & examined sayeth
In the yeare 1641 Edmond Oge Oneele & Neale Oge Oneele cam to the examinents fathers house with two Companyes of men Neale oge Oneele called William Betty her father to Come to him when he Came Neale oge Oneele tooke him by the hand & bid him feare nothing Edmond oge Oneale came & tould him it was better for him to be Serching of puckens then to doe Seruice, they had some strife aboute the busines Neale oge willing to Saue his Life Edmond oneale Violent to take it awaye as he did for he swore he would hang him vpe deyd & gaue order to his men to Kill him who fell vppon him with swordes and gunes her Brother being 15 yeares of age fled for a mile of way sum followed him and Killed him in the herds Armes Dauid Long was Killed at that same tyme to whom Edmond oneale gaue his horse to Lead by his order, he swore a blody owth he would not spare English nor Scotch which he did performe he burnt the houses with his owne hand & further sayeth not
