John Ennis dwelling in the same towne with Jennet Doherty, being duely sworne, saith that he was at Mr Robert Akins house at the tyme when he was Murthered, and sayeth that he heard and saw in every particularr as Jennett o doherty and onely Jeane Pibles haue deposed of the dead he saw not the bodyes Jeane Pibbles haue deposed of the dead as Jeane Pibbles did and further sayeth not this examinacion was taken the daye and place aforesaid
