<A> The examination of Bryan Kelly taken before me Robertt Clark one of the Comissioners for Administration of Justice.
Whoe beinge examined and demaunded whether he knewe Mr Robert stanly that liued in Athleage, he saith he Knewe him; and beinge demaunded howe the said Robert Michaell stanly came by his death; he saith that he was one of the fowre that had the Killinge of him; the names wherof are phelim o MLaghlin, James herbortt; Donogh sanaghan, and this Examinant; wherof none liues at present, but this Examinant, and the said phelim, who is now in Goale and beinge demaund whether the said Michaell Robertt was in armes or not, he saith that he was not; and but mett him in the way goeinge from Athleage to Castlecoole, with prouisions; And beinge demaunded howe and what maner the said Mr stanly [ ] his death, and by whome, he saith that he gaue the said stanly a stabb of a Knife sword by which he fell and the twoe other that are dead whoe were his fellowes gaue the said stanly stobbs and blowes with theire weapons. leaueinge him in the place stripped, Th e abouesaid phelim beinge theire scout: & had part of the cloathes <as he remembreth> And beinge examined howe longe he hath beene in Armes saith, that he hath beene, since febr. 1641. And further saith not;
