Mr Turlough McColl Kelly sworne & examined saith that att the time that Major Rob: Armesbey passed thorrow the Contry theire was a Trumpetter Killd neere vnto the Mill of Bryann oge Kellys in the parish: of Tisserara And this examined saith hee heard offtenn related that the said murther was Committed by Hugh mc Geirraughty of the parish of ffuerty & <A> Bryann Mc owenn Kelly of Calleroughmoore
William Mc Donough Kelly examined saith he Likewise heard of the afforesaid Murther was Comitted by Hugh mc Geirraughty & Bryan Mc Owen Kelly, & att that time the said murther was Committed hee Liued from thence but A mile
Hugh Kelly of Clonrath examined saith he hath offten heard spoken amongst the Contry people that itt was Hugh mc Geraughty & Bryan mc Owenn Kelly, that murthered the afforementioned Trumpetter
Edm: Kelly examined saith that hee heard a Common reporte in the Contry that {Hugh mc Gerraughty} & Bry mc Owen Kelly weere the Comittees of the Afforesaid Morthers
Conor Kelly of Clonrath sworne & examined saith that the afforesaid murther was Comitted by Hugh mc Geirraghty, Bryan Mr Owenn Kelly of Calleroughmoore & one Bry: Kelly of of Lisscofty now deceassed, and the Cause of his Knowledge is the said Bryann deceassed informed him of the same Likewise severall times he hath heard A Common report therof in the Contry
