<Mallow March the 9th 1653> Deposicions taken Concerning Vlicke oge mc Hubbard Burke of BalineCreggy in the County of Gallwey & Province of Connaught in the yeare 1653 1641

Allexander Moore of Mallow gentleman Aged 41 yeares, being Duly Sworne & Examined saith
1) That hee Knew the said Vlicke Burke in the yeare aforesaid Liueinge at Ballinecreggy.
2) That hee might haue Remoued into the English quarters (as his Neigbours the English did) And Did Not
3) That hee Did Contribute Assistance to the Irish then in Armes,
4) That hee Robbed & plundered the English of their goodes and Chattles
The Cause of this Deponents Knowledge is that hee Rented a parcell of Land from the said Burke And that hee came and tooke away his goodes & stripped his wife & family
