<symbol> Richard Bayley aged 23 yeares or thereabouts being examined vpon oath saith <A> That he went to Shruell along with his father & mother in the Company of Mr Bocannon whome he saw shott fi red at by the Irish, And that My Lord of Maios Guard fell vppon the English haueing surrounded them about And further sayth that Sir Thibbott Bourk now Lord of Maio at the tyme that the English were a Murdering ridd away with a dozen foote & further saith not he saith further
