Vpon reading of the peticion of Ardell McMahon and Tirlagh O Neale Prisoners at Dundalke and Consideracion had thereof Capten Clearke beinge now in towne is forthwith to bee sent for and Examined by the Comittee of this Court aswell Concerninge the petitioners as Patricke McLaughlin McMahon, Rory McMahon, Hugh McMahon and Hugh McRory McMahon prisoners alsoe at Dundalke for what Cause the said prisoners were Respectiuely Comitted and whoe by name can informe or giue Evidence against them and where they Live And that the said Comittee send for them and Examine them forthwith and to Retorne the Examinacions to the Register of this Court Dated the 9th Day of May 1653
