The Examinacion of Michaell Harrisson taken before vs vs this xth of Jan: 1653
Who beinge duely examined, & sworne sayth that before the Rebellion, he neuer knew Art mc Phelim oge o Neill, but since the Rebellione he hath often seene him in the Countye of Downe, and Contributes his Monthly payments with one Tirlogh oge o Neill of the Creates of the County of Armagh; and now Liues in the County of Downe, between Downe, & Dromore; but this dExaminant knoweth nothing of the bissines relatinge to Captain Hamilton
Hee further sayth; he kneweth two men by the name of Donnell o Neill; and that they now liue, & contribute with the Creates of the sayd Tirlogh oge o Neile in the Countye of Downe neere Dromore, but whyther any of them were of Sir Phelim o Neills Troop; or what they had to doe in Cap: Hamiltons bissines he knoweth not.
<A> Hee further sayth that he did know Lysagh Donell, to be servant to Sir Arthur Basset before the warr; and at the begininge of this Rebellion was servant to Sir Phe: o Neile and that when this Examinant (by Providence got out of the Enemyes hands, he the sayd Lysagh was then servant to the said Sir Phelim and that he is now a single man; without any certeine place of abode, Living amongste the Creates of the County of Armagh; neere the Loghers side; but knoweth not what the sayd Lysagh can say to Cap: Hamiltons bissines
