The Receginzance of William Carshan of Corbally in Lecale in the County of Downe taken by vs for the use of the Commonwealth of England the 19th of May 1653 at Carrickfergus
The said John William Carshan acknowledgeth to bee indebted to the Commonwealth of England the sum of fiftie pounds sterling to bee leauied of his body goods and lands as in such cases in usuall _____50 li.:00:00
The Condition of the said Receginzance is, that if the said William Carshan shall at all times, within or after foure dayes warning, giuen him or left at his house or other place of abideing, appeare before such in authority requireing his appearance aforesaid, to giue in euidence before such soe in power, whether at high Court of Justice, Jaile deliuery or otherwise, against Art alias Arthur o Neile, and not depart such Court or Judicature without speciall licence that then this Receg: to bee voyde, otherwise to remaine in force and virtue in Law
