That on a sunday towards the latter end of december after the warr began this deponent saw a troope at of hors Macharymorne ledd by John Agnew, some wherof did in the view of this deponent kill Marye Savadge wyfe to Bryane Oge Magee, alias Magee and foure more women & 3 children, but who they weare this deponent knew not, nor the parties that slew them, and more saith not
