Kathrin the wiffe of Corporall John Patman and sister to the saide examinant beinge like wise examined sayeth that shee was sicke in an Ague in the foresaide woods when that her Mother was wounded by the saide Thomas Boyde and after that the saide Thomas and the Rest hade Left here side Mother soe of seaven or Eight dayes and that her saide Mother did, declare and reveale vnto her and others of her Nightbours that the foresaide Thomas Boyde was hee that did wounde her as aforesaid And noe other And ffurther sayth that the saide Thomas and Company did drive and bringe alonge with them all such Chathes as did belonge vnto her saide ffather when the foresaide ffacte was done by him at the Tyme of the foresaide Murder, And more sayeth not./.
